Kunst&Zwalm 2011

Kunst&Zwalm is a biennial exhibition which takes place in the rural area of Zwalm. The contemporary art route goes further than placing a group of artworks in nature, it is a bold experiment in which the functions of artists, organisers, residents and visitors are inter-mixed.

The event first took place in 1997 and the recurring theme is the experience of the exceptional and idyllic landscape of the Zwalm region. The art trail enables the Flemish Ardennes to be experienced as a landscape full of artistic diversity.

The next event is scheduled for 2013.
